Winter :
Downhill Skiing :
Mont Avalanche Sports Station, in the heart of the village, is a magnificent family-oriented centre, with a triple chair lift and 12 downhill runs, snow park, and snowshoe trail. Private and group lessons are offered for all levels.
The charming chalet includes a cafeteria, bar, boutique, repair service, and equipment rental. The reception hall (capacity of 400) is available for your private events all year, and you can even rent the entire station during weekdays.
Season passes are reasonably priced, and day passes are half-price Mondays and Fridays (certain periods excluded).

Cross-country and Snowshoe:
The Outdoor Centre, at the edge of the village, offers superb cross-country and snowshoe trails, as well as Nordic trails in a savage environment, totalling over 100 km. There is a lighted skating rink (two more in the village) and a rustic log cabin in the woods. The welcome centre offers tourist information, as well as cross-country, snowshoe, and skate rentals.
Motorised trails
The network of motorised trails includes more than 35 km of snowmobile trails and 20 km of A.T.V. trails, connected to the regional networks. Snowmobile and A.T.V. rentals are available in the village.

Summer :
Three public beaches with picnic areas, including one with washrooms and playground. Boat rentals (personal watercrafts, pontoon boats, canoes, pedalboats, etc.) is offered at the municipal dock.
Enjoy our superb hiking trails ( 30 km), and mountain bike trails ( 25 km) connecting Saint Adolphe to Sainte Agathe. More than 20 km of A.T.V. trails are connected to the regional network (A.T.V. rental in the village).
You can also rent this secluded log cabin in any season (by reservation) for a nominal fee and find yourself in the heart of the forest with animals as your only neighbours.
Rent one of three municipal tennis courts in the heart of the village, or join for the season. Round-robins on Tuesday and Friday evenings will give you the opportunity to meet players of all levels.
Other activities include a summer market, day camp, inline skate and skateboard park, tennis, fishing, and water sports.
